In the 19th Century, l'Epicurien was a delicatessen in Paris, specialized in fine jams and preserves. From this start, emerged in 1982, the current company specializing in jams of course, but also in confits, chutneys and fine preserves.
This extraordinary jam is sweetened with Cane sugar, as was done in the old days. Fruit contents are between 55% and 70%. No additives, no preservatives.
Made with 50 grams of fruit for 100 grams. Total sugar content: 61 grams per 100 gram.
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Passion fruit 26%, Coconut 24%, fruit pectine, calcium citrate.
