The oil is produced in the hills of Castiglione della Pescaia. It is unfiltered with some natural sediment at the bottom. 16 fl oz bottle in gift box. Green in color with hints of yellow. The aroma is medium fruity, with the scent of fresh cut grass, hints of artichoke and wild flowers. A fresh taste with a hint of spice. Ideal for Bruschetta, crudites, salads, meat or soups.
