Use these syrups simply with water (they are especially good in carbonated water like Perrier or San Pellegrino), add them to coffee or tea, as a flavor and a sweetener in one.

Add to milk for a treat (warm or cold).

For some more unusual uses: add to pan juices to caramelize a meat reduction for instance. Use for vegetables, in marinades. And of course on ice-cream, panna cotta, pudding, fruit salad, milkshakes, or cheesecake.
