Membership Rewards Program
Membership Rewards are tied to your customer account. You're enrolled automatically, you do not need to do anything except LOG IN to your account.
So keep your log in and password at hand; don't lose or forget them!
- Tier 1 - Membership5: When you buy over $500 dollars worth of product from our store - you will automatically earn 5% off on future purchases. The prices will show the 5% already taken out when you log into your account. If you don't log in until you checkout the basket will automatically update with the discounted pricing.
- Tier 2 - Membership10: Better yet, when you buy over $1000 dollars from our store, you'll automatically receive 10% off all purchases.

How do I sign up for the Rewards program?
A: Create an account with Touch of Europe when you checkout your shopping cart and you are automatically enrolled.
What are the benefits of the Rewards program?
Earn points for every dollar you spend. Once you've accumulated 500 points you will get 5% off all purchases you make at Touch of Europe, forever!
Once you get 1000 points you will get 10% off all Touch of Europe products, forever!
Just make sure you use the same user name and password each time you make a purchase. Your points are tracked through your account. Any purchases made with different log ins do not count towards your point total.
How much does it cost to be a member?
Nothing! Membership Rewards is free to join.
Why would someone want to join the Membership Rewards program?
Membership Rewards is especially useful for our repeat customers. Earn credit every time you shop with us. Do we carry a particular item you can't live without, but can't buy anywhere but online? Get it from us and every dollar you spend brings you closer to lifetime discounts on all our products, including the ones you buy all the time.
How does it work again?
Sign up for an account. Every time you make a purchase those dollars get added to your lifetime spending (shipping not included). Once your lifetime spending hits Tier One (spend $500) you are automatically enrolled in the 5% discount program. That means the next time you log in you'll see what price YOU pay at Touch of Europe. Everything will be 5% off!
Spend $1000 and you will automatically be enrolled in Tier 2 where you will save 10% off all our products. But you must make sure you always use the same log in when you check out. Each log in name and password are tracked separately. If you forgot your log in click "Forgot Password" on the log in page. Alternatively, contact customer service passwordreset@touchofeurope.net to have your password reset. This may take 24 hours. However, please do this BEFORE making a purchase.
