PAYMENTS:
  • CREDIT CARD: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS
    You may pay us with your credit card using our secure payment service. Just select the credit card link on the payment option page. After submitting your order you will be redirected to CC gateway secure site, where you will be prompted to enter the neccessary CC info. When you finish your transaction, please press Finish (Continue) button to return back to the shop.

  • GIFT CERTIFICATE: To redeem a Gift Certificate:

    1. Select Gift Certificate as the method of payment. Your balance due will be reduced by the amount of the certificate, and you will then select the method of payment for the remaining balance due.

    2. If you spend less than the full amount of your Gift Certificate, your invoice will show the amount spent, and you may return in the future to spend the rest.


  • CHECK or MONEY ORDER: We will no longer accept checks or money orders, unfortunately due to too many buyers not sending in their payment. One of a kind items are blocked, while we wait for the payment, which is not fair to other customers. It is now safer than ever to pay with a Credit card online.

SHIPPING: Your purchases will be shipped within 1-2 business days. During exceptionally busy periods, orders can be a bit delayed, so allow extra time. We ship all packages over 2 lbs with FedEx which will include insurance automatically. We do require a signature for packages over $100 in value, because Fedex requires it in case of a claim. We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) for international shipping, not FedEx. For lighter packages we use the USPS and will provide optional insurance if desired.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We are happy to combine items purchased from our eBay stores or auctions with website purchases to save shipping costs. Please email us and let us know if you need combined shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are happy to ship Internationally, just please be aware that shipping costs are much higher and that it is possible customs duty will be assessed.

SHIPPING DISCOUNT: Please enter coupon code as shown in checkout, below the cart. The 10% one time discount is NOT combinable with free shipping.

REFUNDS Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for returning an item. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10 to 20%.

For vintage items: as explained in each listing, the following applies:
On vintage items NO REFUNDS unless we made an error. Our linens are purchased directly from estates, and in some cases, antique markets or private homes, and due to the very large volume in which we buy and sell them, we obviously can not clean and restore them ourselves and still keep them so very affordable. Thus, all these stored-for-decades linens must be assumed to have storage marks, fold-line darkening, etc. Some may look pristine, some will need a good bath! Any damage, or discoloration that we feel may not come out with proper cleaning, will be described.

Our section on caring for linens tells you everything you need to know to make the items pristine. In most cases, it's just a matter of a soak.

For new items:

Item must be in new and resellable condition, with the original boxes/package included. You must contact us within 3 days and the item must be returned to us within 30 days.

PLEASE NOTE:No refunds on discontinued or clearance items, and no returns on those. No returns on food products.

Please be aware that monitors and colors differ. If you have a doubt about color and it is not specified in the listing, please ask before buying. If it is important that a color match something you own, we suggest either sending us a swatch or not buying online since matching colors is very hard to do on a computer.

Please note that if your item sold with free shipping the original shipping cost that we paid to the USPS or FedEx will be deducted from your refund, unless there was an error on our part in which case we will pay for the shipping.
