Fat free and low cholesterol, but very sweet, and a treat!
This vanilla sweetened chestnut paste is as good as it sounds. You can use it to make ice cream and any number of pastries and holiday confections, including a buche de Noel, or traditional Yule log cake. You can also use it to top ice cream, yogurt, or fromage blanc.It is the basis of the Mont Blanc fabulous dessert. 17.5 oz can.
