CREDIT CARD: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS You may pay us with your credit card using our secure payment service. We use a simple one page Checkout System and you can elect to store your payment information within your login, using the SECURE off site storage system. We never see your information or CC number. It's completely safe and convenient, plus you can change, delete or edit your info at any time, including ship to addresses. We DO NOT accept PAY PAL. 

We are not taking phone orders at the time. Please email us at with all customer service inquires.

To redeem a Gift Certificate: 
  1.  Select Gift Certificate as the method of payment. Your balance due will be reduced by the amount of the certificate, and you will then select the method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  2. If you spend less than the full amount of your Gift Certificate, your invoice will show the amount spent, and you may return in the future to spend the rest. 

We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. It is now safer than any other method to pay with a Credit Card online and the only method we accept. 

We try our best to ship orders within 3 business days.
For orders placed on weekends and during exceptionally busy periods, please allow extra time.
We ship all packages over 2 lbs with FedEx which will include insurance automatically. 
We do require a signature for packages over $100 in value, because Fedex requires it in case of a claim. 
We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) for international shipping, not FedEx.
For lighter packages we use the United States Postal Service and will provide optional insurance if desired.

We are happy to combine items purchased on this website to save shipping costs. Please email us and let us know if you need one order shipped to more than one address, quoting your order/invoice number. 

We are happy to ship Internationally, just please be aware that shipping costs are much higher and that it is possible customs.
Taxes or duty will be assessed on your end and these costs are your responsibility.

Returned items must be unused and in re-sellable condition with original boxes and packaging.

We do not refund shipping cost on orders and will recoup shipping cost for orders shipped free of shipping charges; unless the error is ours.

We charge a 10% restocking fee for returns unless the error is ours.                

We suggest if your item is under $20.00, you may want to consider the costs of 10% re-stocking fee and shipping costs to return your item.  Many of our customers choose to give as a gift to someone rather than get a minimal refund.

We will accept returns for any item that is not as advertised. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will immediately assist you in making the necessary arrangements.

We do not provide authorizations for returns on orders older than 30 days after delivery.  The order must be returned to us within 37 days after delivery. No returns will be accepted after that date.

Please be aware that monitors and colors differ. If you have a doubt about color and it is not specified in the listing, please ask before buying.

A refund will be issued upon receipt of the return. For any additional questions or information please email us.

For food safety, sanitation, and health reasons we cannot accept returns on any food or drink, body care products, or liquids of any kind. This includes but is not limited to gourmet food and drink, soap, body wash, perfume, and home diffuser scents. Refunds and/or returns are only accepted if the item is not exactly as described or the wrong item was sent.


Gift orders can only be returned by the buyer, NOT by the gift receiver, unless it is an exchange for the same or lesser value.


All sales are final. We do not accept returns on vintage linens unless we have made an error.

Our linens are purchased directly from estates, and in some cases, antique markets or private homes, and due to the very large volume in which we buy and sell them, we obviously can not clean and restore them ourselves and still keep them so very affordable. Thus, all these stored-for-decades linens must be assumed to have storage marks, fold-line darkening, etc. Some may look pristine, some will need a good bath! Any damage, or discoloration that we feel may not come out with proper cleaning, will be described. Our section on caring for linens tells you everything you need to know to make the items pristine. In most cases, it's just a matter of a soak.


No refunds or returns on any discontinued or clearance items. This includes items from our Clearance section and Discontinued Le Cadeaux section.
